x1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped from China by DHL, UPS, TNT express are in transit for 7-9 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping method you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your shipping method at checkout.
2.2 Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 7-25 business days of payment of order.
- For heavily beaded items or highly embellished designs, the season, holidays(expecially during the time from late November through January), as well as major changes to one of our designs can sometimes potentially add to these estimated production times.
2.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
2.4 P.O. Box Shipping
SELINADRESS will NOT ship to P.O. box addresses.
2.5 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS, EMS.
2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
3. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
4. Duties & Taxes
4.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
4.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping and other fee occurred. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Generally, we will declare the package with a lower value than the actual amount you paid. If you have any requirements on the declared value, please contact us.
4.3 EU VAT Changes 2021
From July 1st, 2021, the EU VAT rules are changing. VAT exemptions on low-value goods are removed. VAT would be charged on all packages imported to the EU, regardless of the value.
We as the seller do not charge VAT when you place the order. You will need to pay import taxes, fees, and customs duties, levied by your local customs office of your country when the package arrived for delivery. If you need an invoice or any documents for customs clearance, please contact us.

Order placed beyond 48 hours can not be canceled.
2. Return
2.1 We have a 7-day return policy for items in standard size(US2-12), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2.3 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2.4 To start a return
Please email us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You need to pay the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note shipping fee is not refundable and 10% restocking fee may be charged.

I got the measurements customized and asked them to put a rush on the order. The dress came in and I was a little disappointed at first. I got a seamstress to add more lace to the bust area and got the sleeves sewn in as well as the lining in the sleeves and top taken out (as we had a hot summer wedding) I also got her to add buttons to the sleeves. I got so many compliments and still do! This is my dream dress and it cost me $400 CAD in total! So so happy with how this turned out!

I absolutely love this dress. Felt good and looked great in it. I got a size 12, and my experience with it since I have chunky arms I had to get it tailored under the armpit area, but other then that dress was absolutely gorgeous, Thankx team for helping me..

I just received my dress, it is beautiful. The sleeves are a little tight and the waist is a little loose but should be able to fix. It is very very long so will need to get it hemmed. Overall great quality and great material, arrived pretty quick. I especially love the bottom half and the back. For the price would definitely recommend :)

Very beautiful dress! Actually the sleeves are a little wide, but the dress remains beautiful and very comfortable to wear. The quality is really top!! Delivery time 6 weeks, but arrived in time for my wedding. Good communication with the seller who responds quickly. I am very happy with my purchase!
