2.Delivery Time.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.
Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.
If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.
For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

x1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped from China by DHL, UPS, TNT express are in transit for 7-9 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping method you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your shipping method at checkout.
2.2 Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 7-25 business days of payment of order.
- For heavily beaded items or highly embellished designs, the season, holidays(expecially during the time from late November through January), as well as major changes to one of our designs can sometimes potentially add to these estimated production times.
2.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
2.4 P.O. Box Shipping
SELINADRESS will NOT ship to P.O. box addresses.
2.5 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS, EMS.
2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
3. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
4. Duties & Taxes
4.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
4.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping and other fee occurred. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Generally, we will declare the package with a lower value than the actual amount you paid. If you have any requirements on the declared value, please contact us.
4.3 EU VAT Changes 2021
From July 1st, 2021, the EU VAT rules are changing. VAT exemptions on low-value goods are removed. VAT would be charged on all packages imported to the EU, regardless of the value.
We as the seller do not charge VAT when you place the order. You will need to pay import taxes, fees, and customs duties, levied by your local customs office of your country when the package arrived for delivery. If you need an invoice or any documents for customs clearance, please contact us.

2.1 We have a 7-day return policy for items in standard size(US2-12), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please email us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You need to pay the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note shipping fee is not refundable and 10% restocking fee may be charged.

I LOVE this dress! I was a little skeptical at first just because I’ve ordered a wedding dress from a different website and it didn’t look close to the picture. But I didn’t give up! I found this dress and I knew that it was the one! And it exceeded my expectations! I wasn’t sure if I ordered the correct size but the seller messaged me right after I bought it and asked for all of my measurements along with a picture of a guide on how and what to measure. It fits like a glove! It comes with a slip that is not attached to the dress so you can easily change it out if you want to. It’s a great price and I would recommend anyone to buy online rather than getting pressured into buying an expensive dress at a name brand store that you just kind of like. I’m in love with this dress!!!

Overall I’m pleased with my purchase. I will say I was freaking out when I got it because even though I gave my custom sizes, the sleeves and shoulders were a bit big. I’m sure it’s because the seamstress left room for my arms to move. The lace has little to no give so it makes sense they needed to leave room for give, but it didn’t look good on my body until I had the upper section altered. After it was altered I didn’t have much room for movement and it was wasn’t very comfortable but dang it looks so amazing in pictures. Basically if you want a rue de sine dress without breaking the bank, this is a good option. Pictures will look amazing. Side note the seller made my dress and had it arrive to me less than 5 weeks if I remember correctly which is amazing!
