I wish that I could give zero stars, but that is not an option. I am also sure that this review will not even make it to the page, because I am sure they will take it down. This dress is NOT the dress that I received. I received a cheap version that barely resembles the picture. I can understand a slight difference in color, etc. due to different screens looking different. This is more than just allowing for different monitors. The lace was NOT the same lace pictured - it was a completely different pattern. The scalloped hem at the top and bottom of the bodice (my favorite feature) is not even part of the dress they sent me. It is a mostly straight hem. The satin/lace contrast is HIDEOUS as well. When I asked about getting a full refund because this is NOT the same dress as ordered they told me that I would have to pay for shipping and a "restoring" fee. They also told me that they made the dress to order, but I chose a size off of the drop-down menu - nothing was customized about this dress. They told me that they wouldn't be able to resell it, and yet they are charging a restoring fee? That doesn't even make sense to me. I am now trying to dispute this with Paypal and/or my credit card company because the seller is not willing to accept their error in selling a dress that is misrepresented in the picture. Please do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.

Love this dress. Bought it for my daughters' prom. With a few alterations its perfect!

Engagement pictures

I rarely leave reviews because I don't have the time but I had to leave a review on here because I am blown away by my purchase. I purchased this dress for my engagement pictures. I didn't like how the mid portion of the dress looked so I purchased a 4'' wide silver ribbon online & wrapped it around myself to use as a belt. I couldn't be happier with how my engagement pictures turned out. The dress was a hit and I don't regret getting the dress- I would 100% buy it all over again! I purchased the dress on 3/29 & on 4/23 it arrived so be mindful they're making the dress to order, thus it'll take longer than usual to receive the dress. However, their customer service (via email) is extremely prompt in replying back and super helpful! They reached out to me as soon as I purchased the dress to verify the color, size, and the date I needed the dress by. I told them I needed the dress before 4/27 and they absolutely made sure I would receive it before that date. I'm 5'3 and 156 lbs. I ordered a size 10 which wouldn't have fit me if I had grained an additional pound- which is why I felt the need to buy the belt. the dress seems to be built to fit loose, not tight, & because it was so tight it was bunching up in the front- nothing the belt couldn't fix though! I don't regret it. I love how everything turned out. P.S. I did not go by the sizing instructions on the website. I simply went by my own dress size & hoped for the best! Also, the dress doesn't stretch :) Hopes this helps!

Dress was just like the picture! Can't wait to wear it! Great material too . very happy with purchase.

The actual beading appears a little more translucent than white, but otherwise, the dress is very similar to the picture. Ordered for my daughter's homecoming and sizing appears to be true to US measurements. While we'll have to do a little altering, the quality is good, it arrived quickly, and my daughter is very happy with it.

Perfect Dress with Good Quality

So excited to receive this dress, a little bit color difference compared with the photos, but the actual dress is more pretty! Very happy experience, the customer service helps me a lot.
